Cannot start Wine on OSX Mountain Lion

So I don't want to bootcamp my mac because I don't use windows anymore. I deicded to use wine. However, everytime I try to start it, I get this error in code

/Users/menelikcannady/Movies/RAR\ Extractor\ Free/Tribute_Edition/Tribute_Edition.app/Contents/MacOS/startwine ; exit;

-bash: /Users/menelikcannady/Movies/RAR Extractor Free/Tribute_Edition/Tribute_Edition.app/Contents/MacOS/startwine: /bin/bash: bad interpreter: Operation not permitted

logout

What is the "bad interpreter"? And also, is Wine defaultly blocked in terminal? If so, how can I unblock it?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
