1. How much storage is it if you save it from a text message or from the internet?
2. How much storage is it from taking a regular photo on the iphone 5?

What do you mean "How much storage is it if you save it from a text message or from the internet?" That makes no logical sense. SMS is not sent via the Internet, they are sent via the cellular voice network.
The size of any SMS is miniscule and frankly irrelevant. An MMS would have a larger size dependent upon what file is attached.
it varies to much to tell you how much the individual picture takes up. some take much more than others. but if its just a couple of pictures its not that much memory
