I'm unclear on what you're attempting. You can only use the iTunes Store from an iPhone or other Apple device. You can't make purchases from any other brand or model of phone. If you mean you have a Kyocera Hydro phone, that's an Android phone, so you need to be using the Google Play Store.

You cannot use itunes or itunes apps from your android phone.

You can ONLY do this from an iphone/ipod/ipad

Again, if you have an Android phone, you need to be using the Google Play Store to get your apps and content.
