Web page does not display full screen

It isn't you, the website does the same thing on my iPad running iOS 7.1. I cleared cookies and data in Safari and in iCab mobile and it's the same in both browsers. It must be the way the site renders in iOS 7.1.

That's odd. I cleared History, cookies and data in Safari AND in iCab Mobile I get the same results as the OP. Are you entering the zip code or your city in the left side to get your local forecast? The is what the OP. Is asking about, not the main web site - the local forecast site.

I tried local, another city and national without zip, all apeared fine on my air and mini, both 7.1,

Yeah... Really strange. I had trouble posting the screen shot but you can see it now. This is weird for sure.

I just tried Chrome and still got the compressed page. 😕

But oddly enough if I swipe it sideways I get a blue space similar to yours,

but mine fills window, even when rotating landscape to portrait.

Same problem here, my brother *** well.

I also notice the change in the NWS site, it always rendered ok previously but recently t behaves as others here have described. It's not a fault in the iPad or Safari but a fault in the website.
