When I try to download files from we transfer a message appears saying safari cannot install profile due to an unknown error. Does anybody know how to fix this? I need the files for work and cannot download them. This is the case for my iPad mini and iPad 3.

You can not download items from the internet with an ipad, you can download from the app store or from itunes or some cloud services (dropbox) but not from browsers, there is an Iphone app for we transfer in the app store that appears that it can be used on an ipad as well.

Hi robdrage I didn't mention I am using the winzip app to try and download them which I have used quite a lot to download zip files. I have downloaded I zip and still no luck. All of a sudden I cannot download onto either of my iPads.
I have no experience with those apps so I am afraid I am of little help further, sorry.
