I paid for extra storage on icloud and it has now gone, yet it has not been a year?

I do not understand why my extra storage that i paid for has gone. I just have the standard free amount. Who can i contact to sort this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

Thanks for replying but i am in the UK. Where would i find those details? My partner calls me a technology dinosaur because i still get confused easily lol
