Q: Should I install Mavericks if I only have 4 G of memory?

I have a mid 2011 IMAC with 4 G of memory.   Should I install Mavericks?   I'm scared!

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

    What features do you like that you would want to upgrade to Mavericks.

    If you find you do not need any of the new features, then you do not have upgrade to OS X 10.9 Mavericks if you decide not to.

    4 GBs of RAM is sufficient for most non - demanding, non-professional uses.

     

    If you are scared to upgrade, you need to backup your current system and data before deciding to go ahead with a major system upgrade or update
