Hello why always is a massage on my phone every time I put it to charge that said
Not enough storage can't back up

I believe that you are being informed that there is not sufficient space on iCloud to back up your device. iCloud provides 5 GB of free storage. If you have more that that, you can purchase a storage upgrade, or manage what data is being backed up to make the back up smaller.
The typical memory hog is photos/videos in your camera roll. You can make that smaller by importing pictures and videos on to a computer.
