iOS Music app crashes when i reorder songs in my playlist

Whenever I try to rearrange the order of songs in any playlist, the app at first recognizes my move. When I scroll down to select another song, I notice the song I had moved initially is back at the bottom. Upon scrolling back to where I had just placed it, there's another song in it's place -- one I didn't move. When I try to move this rogue song, the whole app crashes?

This crashing/inabilty to reorder playlists, coupled with the loss of the ability to use playlists as a source to create other playlists, has rendered this app uttterly useless.

This most recent update, I should mention, ADDED the crashing feature. Since iOS7, I have not been able to reorder playlists (and yes, I turned shuffle off).

I might add, all the album art has been somehow switched for all my artists.
