Q: i cant get my phone off of restore its frozen

i cant get my phone to restore hve tried everytrhing but its just got the i tunes symbal with the wire showing to connect

iPhone 3GS

Hello kpants85

Start with the first article to force your iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. If you get an error code, then check it against the second article to further troubleshoot it.
