Question

Smoke came out when I connected my computer.

Smoke came out when I connected my macbook from the part that connects to the computer not to the plug. It started to smell like something was burning but I took the charger rapidly. The macbook does not have battery so I don't know what happened. Plese tell em if the computer was messed up or only the charger. PLEASE PLEASE is urgentttttt !!

If you can get another charger to test it with, see if that works...otherwise you need a trip to the Apple store genius bar to have the techs test the MacBook and charger.

Also see if this helps:http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1713 look and see if the contacts where the MagSafe attaches to the MacBook look burned or like there was arcing.
