I just bought iTunes match by mistake, can I revert transaction?

Today I was setting up my new phone and by mistake click on iTunes match and then bought it but my library was empty (for other reasons) so I actually don't need to match anything.

Can I revert this transaction?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

I think that you should be able to (these are user-to-user forums). Try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
