Itunes app Glitch

I've searched high and low for an answer to this question but I think I'm the only one with this issue.I have an Iphone 4 and a few months ago I was downloading songs and they got stuck...they say Waiting underneath the line that shows how much they've downloaded and they are stuck. I've tried resetting my phone I even completely and totally restored it, I've logged out and logged back in numerous times, opened Itunes store through the Music app and via the computer. I've done everything I can think of....Please someone tell me they have an answer for this pleeeaasse!! What do I do?
