Q: If I by some of purches $9,90 AU ,you charge me $ 12,99 AU ,$3 more for what???? In my invoice no description

Why you charge me $3 more for purches $9.90 AU to $12.99 AU on my invoice no description for additional charge,please explain ,becouse I can't see any tax or GST need to pay extra
