I was denied listing in the itunes directory
My podcast submission was turned down but my feed is ok. I fixed what I believe the descrepancy was and now it says link has already been submitted. I need guidance

You've fallen over a bug in the submissions process that tells you the feed has already been submitted even it was rejected or removed. The workaround is to change the title slightly, so that it looks like a different podcast.
