Hey guys, I did an update on my girlfriends ipad which has my garage band. After the update all my purchase instruments were gray out so I tap on the instrument and then tap again on the already purchase. A message comes back saying that there is nothing to restore. Any ideas?

were you signed into the iPad with your own AppleID when you tried to restore the purchase?
Yes. I was signed with my own ID and used my iTunes credits to purchased it. I looked for back ups of the iPad but were way before I purchased the instruments. : (

I meant, when you tried to "Restore the Purchase" on your friend's iPad. Did you remember to sign into the AppStore with your own AppleID after the update?

The problem is, there are many similar complaints here, if you look through this forum. For me, the purchase did not remove the additional content, but others were not so lucky: It may be a bug.
