So my iphone 5s stopped working later on today, when it was working fine this morning. Now it won't turn on or charge, so what should I do?

Plug it in to the charger, then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appers.

If that does not work, you need to visit an Apple store genius bar for testing by the techs.

If iTunes is not recognizing your iOS device, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. Try connecting to the computer and then starting iTunes. If it still does not see the iPhone, you may need to use the recovery mode to connect, described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212
