my iphone 42 hasnt had wifi since i did the latest update, heard other iphone 4s have the same problem, any idea to repair??

I can not get wifi on my iphone 4s since i did the latest upgrade. heard other 4s have the same problem. tried the itunes backup/restore to factory settings but to no avail. anyone have this issue??

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
