Syncing issues..Server went down at offc

and now we are on a cloud server. I do everything in Ouitlook 2007, calender, contacts, emails.. and it is on Windows XP (ordering new computer...need to upgrade anyway..tomorrow with the latest and greatest)

Tech guy comes by, gets emails going again.. So now now emails are coming to the iPhone, but when I delete on the desktop they are not deleting on the phone. I can change an existing appt or event in my calender and within a few seconds it changes on my phone..I add a new event and it shows up on my phone, BUT..when I delete the new event it is not deleting on the phone, the same is for contacts. Change something and it changes on phone, add new and it shows up, but try to delete the new and it stays.

So basically my deleting on desktop is not coming off of the phone.

Thoughts???
