I try to uninstall the itune & turn off the fire wall but same error code

The support Doc said:

"This alert occurs when iTunes is trying to do something not allowed by the iTunes Store in that country."

What are you trying to do when the alert appears ?

specially the first three in the list at the bottom. These are applicable for iTunes Windows.
