Yes, there is 2nd Generation (2G)iPod Mini.
No, they will (probably) not replace your battery. (see 1st post above)
I cannot say for positively whether they will or will not replace it because;
1 - I don't work for Apple
2 - Even if I did, I have not tested it to see if it needs replacing.

11 hours is not a problem (18 hours is the advertised life of the 2G iPod Mini)and they probably won't replace it.
