my MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012 need to install SSD Dual Drive in the enclosure in the laptop, but without removing my optical drive? can one help me. and without cable sata to usb to use it external.

Your machine can only hold up to two hard drives/SSDs and you have to remove the optical disk and place an optical 'caddy' in the optical bay to acheive that. So, no, you can't install two SSDs in your machine without removing the optical drive.
Just curious: why do you need two SSDs? If you're looking for larger capacity there is the Crucial 1terabyte M500 and the Samsung 1terabyte EVO.

thank you for the answer, i the i can use an optical 'caddy' but the question is shall i use it internel the laptop with the optical, both optical drive and hdd are in the 'caddy' are connected to sata 2 or sata 3 internal the laptop, i dont need to use it as external optical drive with the hdd. question is can i use the second hard disk that is in the caddy with optical drive rom both internal the laptop? and thank you.
No - you must remove the optical drive in order to install the optical caddy in which you would install the second SSD. You can get an external enclosure for your optical drive, if you wish, so you'll have it when you need it.

so this is enclousre only to get out the optical drive and insert hdd in the caddy, so i will not do it, i kindly change the hdd 500Gb to 2 Tb the original hdd.

HGST does make a 1.5 terabyte drive that would work quite well in your machine - the Travelstar 5K1500.
