hi support team, i have an ipod touch 5th gen bought last year. Previous version was ios 6 but later succesfully installed higher ios 6. . . versions. Just this month, i have notifications on newer version which is ios 7.1. However, i can't update it on my ipod thru wifi and itunes. Error was seen. I have tried to restore it also via itunes but error still evident. pls. help. thanks

Hi lllaass, this is the error I'm seeing.
If i hit ok, it will just come back to normal..nothing happened..Do I need to hard reset my ipod touch?
I'm suspecting download error way back on ios 7.0.4 since my wifi is not stable. Pls. help.

That sounds like a problem with your internet connection
Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall.
- Next try the manual install method of:
iDevice Troubleshooting 101 :: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
- Then try on another computer
