iPhone5 problems - 'call fail' and very very poor battery life

I've had 4 replacement iphone 5s and each has had problems with calls dropping mid call or not being able to make calls at all. The iPhone 5 also has extremely poor battery life.


'Call fail'

You can never really depend on calls going through or being completed. 'Call Fail' happens at least 3 or 4 times a day. This can often happen multiple times in one call. I've spokento my network provider who say it's not a network issue and that lots of pople complain about the iPhone 5.


Battery life

You can expect to have to charge your phone 2 or 3 times a day even with minimal use of the phone's functions. In effect it's not really a mobile phone as you need to keep it plugged in most of the day. Don't be fooled by the estimated battery life claims on the packaging.


If you rely on your phone for business - the iPhone is certainly not for you.


Apple really do need to sort these issues out.
