How can i publish my book at Turkey Store

i write a book named "Ya Hz. Mevlana" but i can not make aveliable for my country (turkey) how can i do that.

The store for Turkey does not yet allow paid books:

Perhaps you can use another store like Amazon/Kindle.

Only if you see Turkey on the list of countries when you send your book to Apple for publishing.
