my iphone 4s need to restore and showed the itunes logo, i just connected it to my windows itunes nothing happens and my iphone shows need to connect to itunes. please show me how to complete this.

If the kb/ht1808 does not work and you are in Win8.1, make sure the driver is not waiting for confirm pc issues - action center.
