Q: need help downloading airdrop on to this old mac book asap please

Hello i am trying to help my father out, he just bought apple tv and wants to set it up his mac through the tv with airdrop but im having trouble downloding airdrop please help (:

Hey walter122!

It seems like your post may be referencing the AirPlay feature instead of AirDrop. Here are some articles that will inform you a little more about AirPlay:
