When I click twice on link to open pdf , I am getting pdf with grabage text. I have tried with the removing AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin and AdobePDFViewer.plugin but no luck. Anybody have any idea, why this is happening? After lot of search I found only removing plugin solution which hepls othes but not working for me. Please assists.
system requirements
Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1.9.

Does Safari - Help menu - Installed Plug-ins show anything for pdf other than 'WebKit built-in PDF' ?.
If so, then you haven't removed them and should check again, including the Internet Plug-Ins folder in your Home Library within your user account.
Do consider updating, although it's not likely to help with this :Safari 5.1.10 for Snow Leopard
No. I can not see for pdf other than 'WebKit built-in PDF' in Safari->Help Menu->Installed Plug -ins.
You probably have already checked, but confirm that ordinary PDF's show the problem :

If so, copy the whole of the following line
defaults write -app Safari WebKitOmitPDFSupport -bool NO
Quit Safari, open Terminal from /Applications/Utilities, paste in what you copied & press enter.
Try a PDF.
If there is still a problem, test with any Safari extensions switched off, & failing that, confirm that they display normally in a new or Guest user account.

I have some queries,
1) Can PDF size affect to view PDF ? Mine PDFs are 50K and 19 KB (showing garbage text).
2) Or may there any some cache issue happening this?
Because first time I click on pdf link I am able to see it, I close it, again I click to open pdf , second time getting pdf with garbage text.
Can you share a problem pdf link ?. Do they display in Preview if you download the files ?.

Yes, I could see the preview first time correctly, but on second click I could see above garbage text.
I meant does it display correctly in the Preview application, after you download it, rather than in Safari.
Also, does a Guest or new user account have the same problems ?.
