A clip from FCPX 10.1.1 to Motion 5 then back -- how?

What's the easiest method to get a clip from FCPX 10.1.1 to Motion 5 then back?
Have previously used FCP 7 and older Motion, when I could just 'send to Motion'

Basicly you need to export the clip or range being used in FCPX as a movie. Then import that into Motion, do what you need and export another movie. Then import the clip created in Motion back into FCP and replace.
