how delete podcasts from iPod 4g?
How do you delete podcasts? When I plug in my ipod to my macair/itunes, the message says no memory. So how delete podcasts to create room on my iPod?

Delete a podcast or podcast episode
To delete an entire podcast, tap Edit from the My Podcasts screen and tap Xto delete the podcast. To delete an individual podcast episode:
- Tap the desired podcast from the My Podcasts screen.
- Swipe left on a podcast episode.
- Tap Delete.
