Could someone provide me with a link so I can reinstall itunes as it has been acting weird, not finding ipods, freezing up. I have my itunes on an EHD, the data is on the internal which I have backed up to another EHD. Just do not want to lose my music. Thanks.

Reinstalling the application is highly unlikely to take care of your issues. It likely has something to do with your setup of files and where they are, the type of external you are using and its connection, possible problems with the external drive. Not finding ipods is a different issue altogether. You will have to provide a lot more speciofic details for anybody to attempt a spcific resolution.
As for not losing music, you should make sure all drives you own have at least one current backup, not just your internal drive.
