Q: Trying to Download OSX 10.9.2 but app store tells me my computer cannot be verified, please help!

When Trying to download mac osx10.9.2 for my iMac at app store log in it tells me that my device could not be verified, I went into itunes and verified my iMac but it still won't work, this message keeps coming up. I have OS 10.6.8 at the moment and it says that there are no new updates for my computer, please help. Thanks!

    Some easrly iMacs cannot run Mavericks. Supported models are listed here:
