Q: how do we unlock the iphone 5 on Sprint

Purchased this from the Apple Store new, activated on Sprint with no contract. Want to take the phone to another provider but Sprint wont unlock the phone, will only provde the MSL code.

How to unlock this phone to use with another US carrier?

Its phone model A1429

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

Only the carrier of a phone service can unlock the phone. You will have to take it up with Sprint.
