Q: unautorized charge on my credit cards... with dragon city never get reinversed ..

I have requested a refund on all my Dragon city charges made by my 12y step son . Apple told me will refund the money to me but i never seen any of it ...

Just recived a email from Apple about the refunds . I dont got all the refunds what i soposto get .
