Is there a setting, or App, that will change the camera controls to the left side of the screen?
This iPad is owned, and used, by my handicapped brother, and he is unable to use the camera, simply because he can't use the camera controls on the right side of the screen

System is iPad Air, using iOS 7.1

You can do it this way:
With device in horizontal position
Open Control center (slide up on bottom center of home screen)
Set orientation lock (last symbol, lock with circlular arrowe around it)
Launch camera
Turn ipad so control are on left side.
Photos will still apear as normal horizontal images, however if sent to some computers the EXIF data is not interpreted correctly and may display upside down.

This will allow my brother to use the camera. It would be preferable to simply shift the controls to the left side of the screen, but freezing the controls, and rotating the iPad is a usable solution.

I will monitor this thread for a couple of days, if someone knows of an APP that will shift the camera controls to the left, please post the information.
