I've just had to create a new iCloud account which means my photo stream has changed. The problem is that my photos that are on my iPhone aren't on my photo stream. There are a few photos, so it is working, but not all of them are on there. How do I get all my photos onto my photo stream?

You only have a few photos because they only stay in iCloud for 30 days. The easiest thing to do with the older photos is to add them to a shared stream and invite yourself as a subscriber. I've read that before, randers4, but my Photo Stream stores 1000 images, and I've still got photos on there dating back to my summer hoiliday in August, because I have less than 1000 pictures on there taken since that time. *puzzled*
They are only removed from iCloud after 30 days, not from your devices. A rolling collection of your last 1000 photo stream photos will remain on your iOS devices until deleted. But when you turn off photo stream they are all deleted from your device; when you turn it back on you only get back photos still in iCloud (those added in the last 30 days).
