Motion and Dropbox

I've got a relatively simple Motion project, along with all assets stored in a Dropbox folder. Everything works fine, except when switching between machines (MacPro and MacBookPro), I'll see that some mask keyframes have moved - in some cases, wildly.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
