Sound library error

Is anyone else having issues with the sample changing when closing and reopening a project? It doesn't happen all the time but often I will reopen a project and even though it is listed as the correct sample it will sound as another and I have to go through each track and reload the sample. Pretty aggravating when working on large scale projects!
