Apple Mail Subscription List Empty with Google Gmail IMAP Account

Hi, I am trying to select which IMAP folders to sync in Apple Mail using Gmail (Google Apps IMAP account), but the list is empty.

See bellow, the folders are listed in the "Quota Limits" tab, but are not showing up in "Subscription List" tab.

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), Apple Mail Subscription List Empty
