20 days ago my iPhone 5 and 5s was stolen, I lock and erase the 2 iphone by icloud and in a way i´m happy because the robber has a wonderful brick 😁.
Today a friend say me that the icloud lock already was broken in mexico...it is real?it's possible unlock my iphone and use it normally?

No. There are no know ways around Activation Lock.
Yes, as I know is not possible ways to bypass the icloud activation but he said buy an iphone 4s for parts with icloud lock; and in some way someone unlock that iphone 4S and is fully functional right now and with his icloud Id of that friend.
Speak to his friend then. As stated by Randers4, there are no known methods to bypass activation lock.
It is no possible to reactivate a device that is associated with someone else's account without the ID and password, regardless of what your friend told you that or not.
When my 2 iphone were stolen I immediately erase it and lock by iCloud, that way I was happy that at least the thieves were not going to use them.
Talking to my friend and he just said that somewhere in Mexico was possible unlocking the iphone 4S that he buy locked for repairing parts and is fully functional again. I told him that's not possible, but swears that is possible remove the iphone icloud account even in iphone 5. At this point I'm pretty anxious about it to know that my stolen iphones taken away with a gun, in somewhere coul be fully functional.
If that were possible you would read about it all over the internet. Don't know what your friend did, but he didn't bypass activation lock.
