iCloud does not sync my mail accounts on iPhone and iPad

I have added a new email account in System Preferences> Internet accounts> + however the account does not appear on my iphone.

Even if I modify some of my account settings on my Mac it does not reflect on the iPhone or iPad.

What am i doing wrong? Thanks

Yes. When you turn on iCloud Keychain, any previously-saved website usernames and passwords, Wi-Fi networks, and Internet accounts are automatically included in iCloud Keychain.

All my devices have iCloud set up and working.

For example I get my internet passwords on all devices.

I updated the mail settings of my mail account on my MacBook.

Isn't iCloud supposed to sync my mail settings across all devices?

It does not. Even if I create a new account on MacBook it is not synced to my other apple devices.

Any side as?
