in wich directory of my pc , itunes will allocate my iphone back up?

i have finished backuping my iphone using itunes, i like rather to find out , where in my pc , those information are storaged , and if i could open those directories with out using itunes software?.

there is a password required , which one , the same password i use to write in itunes or what?
