Stock iPhone Apps for iPad?

Hi all

As all iPad owners know, iPad doesn't have some nice stock iPhone apps. What I mean by that is priiinstalled apps right out of the box like Stock, Voice-memo, Weather and compass. I think it would be quite nice for Apple to bring those over to the iPad. Can you guise give me some recomendations for those apps for iPad? Is there any similar apps that almost has the same designs and functions?

The best thing to do is go to the App Store and enter stocks or compass in the search field then download a couple of each to see which is the best for you. The App Store is one of the best features of the iPad. You can install an app, use it, delete if you don't like it, then if you change your mind you can reinstall them from purchased in the app store. Also if a website has info you like but no app you can mark the website as favorite and you'll get an icon on the Safari page.

Thanks for replying everyone to my post.

I just decided to use weather channel instead of Yahoo weather.

Anyway, can I ask a question that's not related to this topic? I just don't want to create separate topic for this question I'm trying to ask here. It's a simple question, so!!

Does iPad have alert thing when we have like severe weather condition? Right now, where I currently am have really bad weather going on, tornados and storms. I know iPhone goes off but since iPad doesn't have stock weather built-in, I wonder if it goes off or not.
