A week or so into iOS7 upgrade, all of a sudden when click to reply to person, it jumps to body of email, without adding in prior person's address in the "TO". It shows a blue arrow, but nothing else! Why do I have to re-type in person's address?

Are you sure when you tap the arrow you are using reply and not forward ?
yes, definitely
It shows blue arrow in the "TO" even after restart of phone. What I tried is just to hit SEND anyway, and look in SENT mail and it did add in person's address in the "TO". This is weird new thing happening!
Also, it doesn't happen all the time. It seems this person has a gmail address. I tried sending myself an email from my other gmail address and replying to, but it puts my gmail address in the REPLY. Weird.
The picture above is only when reply to this person with gmail- I didn't show it working fine when I replied to my own gmail address.
