Can somebody explain please how to solve this Sandbox issue regarding Apple Remote Desktop outbound?

As much as i can figure this out it is releated to the Wake for network acces action over an ipv6.

I am trying to wake an iMac outside my local network wich disconect from vpn and exit the "local realm".

I know it is possible to "wake" over awacsd, i have found this limotations and i don't know how to enable it.

Help will be much apreciated.
