iMac: Loud Fan??

Just picked up my iMac from the Apple store yesterday. They replaced a bad video card. Just turned it on and it's make an extremely loud fan sound from the top back of the machine. It's never sounded that loud; in fact, I've never had a mac sound that loud. Any ideas of what it might be? Hope I don't have to go back to the Apple store 😢.
