Apr 3, 2014 6:42 PM in response to chickadeemomby Drew Reece,You don't need the share button, you can share it via a variety of way's. You simply have to do the preparation work yourself on 10.6.8.
Basically you take your movie & compress it so that it is a suitable file size (which depends on how you intend to 'share it'). Then you either email it or upload to the web based service. Most sites will have guidelines for what format & size they would like.
Tools like Evom or Handbrake can compress it for you …

You may even be able to get iTunes to do the converting for you, import the files to iTunes, select Movie and then the Advanced menu > Create iPod or iPad version. You can drag that file to the Desktop or to a web page upload form etc.
