I have an I Phone 5s. My daughter had I Phone 5. How do we pair them for blue tooth. They won't discover each other

There is no method to connect the two phones by Bluetooth.

This has never been a feature of iphone.

Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices, some keyboards and some apps from the app store.
