Make nondownloaded music invisible?

So, my entire family generally uses one Itunes account. Now, I just recently updated my Ipod Touch to 7.1, and have found that it will display on my albums and songs section music that I have not downloaded, bought by other family members. Is there any way, apart from signing out entirely, to make this "go away"? My family members have different tastes, and it makes just browsing through my music library annoying.
