Having trouble uploading broadcast spots to Cablevision.

Having trouble uploading broadcast spots to Cablevision. They require 29.97fps...makes sense. We shot 30p, FCPX timeline reads 29.97...exported Quicktime H.264 reads as 29.97 but Cablevision says that their encoder sees "original frame rate" as 59.94

Final Cut Pro X, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 27" iMac, i7 Quad Core, 24GB

Can you post a short clip of the exported file somewhere for download? Can you post a piece of the original media?

I'm assuming your camera really did shoot 29.97.

Not sure what difference to Cablevision the original frame rate matters, unless they mean that they read the delivered file as 59.94.
